The Investment Arm

Capital tied to real addresses, not promises.

Every SONO investment is backed by a specific property in Southern California or the High Desert — new construction, ADUs, rentals, and ground-up multifamily. Investors track their positions in a private portal, updated as projects move.

Joint Venture

You buy. We build.

For larger investment amounts, SONO structures custom joint ventures: you hold the asset, SONO manages acquisition, entitlement, construction, and disposition. Current JV work includes new-construction SFRs and an entitled 8-unit multifamily development in the High Desert.
